Mr. Kayode Akin-Ajayi is an alumnus of the Ahmadu Bello University where in 1977, he bagged a degree in Business Administration and an MBA degree in 1979. He is a Banker, an academic and professional Manager. He is the Group Managing Director of Profund Securities Group.

Mr. Akin-Ajayi has over Twenty-Six years post qualification experience that transcend Kaduna Polytechnic (as lecturer in college of Business and Administrative Studies), Texaco Nigeria Limited and Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc. The last 18 years have been in Banking, 15 of which have been in management positions. He served in different capacities in such departments as Treasury, Credits Risk Management/Administration, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Research & Planning, Internal Control and Audit and Pension Funds Management.

Prior to joining Profund Securities Limited as Chief Executive Officer, he was an Assistant General Manager, Investment Banking Division, Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc. He is well known in the Nigeria Capital Market.

Mr. Kayode Akin-Ajayi has attended various courses both within and outside the country. He is a member of London Institute of Management Education and Nigerian Marketing Association (M.N.M.A) as well as a facilitator at the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Mr. Akinsola Akinfemiwa is the former Managing Director of Prudent Bank Plc and Managing Director of the new SKYE BANK (a product of five banks’ merger). He holds a B.SC. Degree in Agricultural Economics from University of Nigeria, Nsuka in 1967. He also holds the Masters of Business Administration in 1980 from the University of Ife.

His banking career which spanned well over two decades has seen him work in various arms of the Banking sector such as Corporate Banking, Risk management, Credit analysis, Corporate strategy formulation, Equipment leasing, Import & Export financing .

He has worked with Intercontinental Merchant Bank and was the Deputy Managing Director of Chartered Bank Ltd. before his present post. He has attended various Executive programmes since 1985 in the U.K., U.S.A., and France etc and is a member of many professional organizations such as Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria, Nigeria Economic Summit and Nigeria Institute of Directors. He is happily married with children.

Mr. Allan is a graduate of the University of Zimbabwe. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe.  He has over eighteen years post-qualifying experience with blue chip companies in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria.  He is presently the Group Managing Director of Royal Exchange Plc.

Alhaji Kareem, a Chartered Stockbroker, graduated from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Social Sciences (Economics). He also holds an MBA degree from Kensington University, Glendale California (Nigeria Campus) in 1993. He is the General Manager in charge of the Stock Broking Services Division of Profund Securities Limited.

Prior to his engagement with Profund Securities Limited, he was involved in setting up and managing a Stockbrokerage Company (formerly known as Signal Investment & Trust Co. Ltd.) rendering specialised consultancy services in Money/Capital Markets operations. He was also the General Manager of Security Swaps Ltd. Mr. Kareem has been involved in many Primary Market Issues amongst which are: N150Billion FGN Bond Issue, N15Billon LAGBOND Issue. N4Billion Standard Trust Bank Plc’s IPO etc.  He is married with children.
