The company was incorporated on the 22nd day of September 2006 to carry on the Money Market activities earlier carried on by Profund Securities Limited in compliance with the Central Bank of Nigeria and Nigerian Stock Exchange Stand Alone directives.

It has an authorized share capital of N500,000,000 (Five Hundred Million Naira only) out of which N212,000,000 (Two Hundred and Twelve Million) is fully paid up.

The shareholders of the company are Profund Securities Ltd. and PSIBL Insurance Brokers Ltd whose percentage holding are 99.9% and 0.1% respectively.
