MR. ODEYEMI 'BANJI JOSEPH

He graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He trained with Z.O Ososanya & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants where he had a consolidated audit experience of close to ten years handling accounts such as Union Bank and Owena Bank (now spring bank)
With this wealth of experience, he was able to fit into the operational bill of Profund Securities Limited when he joined the services of the company in 1999 as Head of Internal Control and Audit. He was redeployed as the Divisional Head of Treasury and Support Services a position he held until his secondment to Profund Finance & Investments Limited. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation.
MR. AROWOLO DAVID OLAKUNLE
PM (RISK ASSETS CREATION DEPARTMENT)
He graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He trained in the Chartered Accountant firm of Odunlami Erinle & Co for 5 years before joining the highly esteemed and well respected firm of Adedoyin Adeyemi & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 1998 where he acquired vast experience in consolidated audit and Taxation. He joined the services of Profund Securities Limited in 2001 as Head of Accounts and Systems Department after which he was redeployed to head the Relationship & Risk Assets Division. He held this position before being redeployed to Head the Risk Assets Creation Department of Profund Finance & Investment Limited. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation.
MRS. OLUBUKOLA AGAGA
She is a Barrister at Law, and a graduate of Ogun State University. Prior to joining Profund Securities Group, she was a Law Lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State and the Company Secretary / Legal Adviser to THIS DAY FOODS LTD. She is currently the Group Head, Board Secretariat and Legal Administration of PSL Group
