Mr. Kareem is a Chartered Stockbroker. He obtained a B.Sc. Social Scinces (Economics) from the University of Ife in 1979; he also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Kensington University, Glendale, California in 1993. He was instrumental to the setting up of Signal Investment and Trust Company Ltd and went on to occupy the position of General Manager, Security Swaps Limited.Mr. Kareem has attended several training programmes locally and internationally, among which include a Senior Management Course at London Management Centre.He is presently the General Manager, Assets Management Division.

He graduated from University of Ife in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He trained and worked with HLB Z.O.Ososanya & Co (Chartered Accountants) for 11 years with vast audit and taxation experience in diverse sectors of the economy ranging from Banks and Non-Banks Financial Institutions, Oil and Gas companies, Manufacturing and Construction industries, Printing & Publication industries and trading companies. He was an Audit Manager with the firm until he joined the services of Profund Securities Ltd in 2002 as Head Planning and Control. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is currently the Head of Control and Strategy Department (CSD) of Profund Securities Ltd.

She is a Barrister at Law, and a graduate of Ogun State University. Prior to joining Profund Securities Group, she was a Law Lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State and the Company Secretary / Legal Adviser to THIS DAY FOODS LTD. She is currently the Group Head, Board Secretariat and Legal Administration of PSL Group.

Mr. Akin-Ajayi, a Banker, Academic and Professional Manager, is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive of Profund Securities Limited. He obtained a Bachelor and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1977 and 1979 respectively. He also recently bagged another Masters Degree in Corporate Governance and Finance from Liverpool John Moore University U.K. He was a lecturer in the College of Business and Administrative Studies, Kaduna Polytechnic after which he worked in Texaco Nigeria Limited and Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc. He has spent 17 years in banking 13 out of which he held management positions in Treasury, Credits/Risk Management and Administration, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Research and Planning, Internal Control/Audit and fund Management. Under his leadership, Profund Securities Limited has grown to occupy a leadership position in Funds Management and Investments. He has attended various courses both within and outside Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the London Institute of Management Education and Member of the Nigerian Marketing Association and the Nigerian Institute of Director. He is a facilitator of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has won several awards which include the Distinguished Corporate Achievers Gold Awards, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah African Leadership Award, Top 100 Nigerian Professionals, and Achievers' Platinum Awards for Global Excellence.Mr. Akin-Ajayi has attended many training programmes locally and internationally, among which are New York Institute of Finance, Euromoney London Management Centre, London Institute of Education.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Abdulwahab holds a B.Sc. Economics from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. His banking career started in 1989 with Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc. He handled a good number of Issue works both Private and Public while in the Corporate Finance Department of the Bank. He moved to Citi Trust Merchant Bank Limited in 1993 to head the then newly created Corporate Finance Department. He left the bank for the private sector in January 1996. Prior to joining Profund Securities Limited in April 2000, he was a General Manager with Platform Nigeria Limited an Agrochemical based company.
